You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

All subscription fees are billed in accordance with the plan you select. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the platform, including AI-generated outputs, are owned by VGAII Billing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. However, you retain ownership of your input data and any proprietary information you provide.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect personal and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. For AI solutions, we may process your data to provide personalized services, improve AI models, and ensure service quality. Your data is handled with the highest standards of privacy and security. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. AI Services Specific Terms

Our AI-powered services, including RAG frameworks, LLM deployments, and automation tools, are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI outputs may not always be perfect. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions without human verification. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or interpretation of AI-generated results.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-leading security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access. You are responsible for securing your own devices and accounts.

8. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. For AI services, you may request the deletion of your data used in training or processing, subject to legal and operational requirements. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VGAII Billing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to AI service inaccuracies or data breaches caused by factors beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Agra, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
