Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests for subscription services must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. To be eligible, the service must not have been substantially used or consumed, and the request must include the original invoice number and reason for the refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain services are non-refundable once activated or delivered. These include but are not limited to: addons services purchased with one-time payments, processed subscription renewals, custom setup fees, and any third-party service charges that have already been remitted.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team.
5. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Agra, India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
